| I created my own independent study
in Europe. I brought sketchbooks and filled them with drawings and thoughts.
A year later I went back to Europe with a camera and shot photos. I used
these pieces and good old cubism and humor to reinterpret art history. |

I continued to take pictures and
found myself grabbing shots of lonely and odd places in Boston. I used these
photos for very plain storytelling pieces on paper. This series I call "Synchronicity."
