I became a member of Boston Rock Opera in 1998. The first project I worked on was the Kinks "Preservation." I helped with set design and became manager of stage right. I loved working with this team of talented people. I continued to work with BRO on many projects. I found myself managing people, props, sets, costumes and motivating others to do their best. I also sang and danced with BRO chorus and performed for benefits and shows.

I had my big chance on the stage with BRO's production of "Aqualung." John Surette and I put together a story around Jethro Tull's album. I played the devil who tortured the down and out Aqualung by playing the flute.
